Following the opening course in 2014, and very sucessful course in 2015 the registration is now open for the 3rd Prague Summer School Advances in Drug Discovery, this time focussing on the whole process from discovery to drug marketing.
The Summer School is organized by the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague (www.ict-prague.eu) and Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry ASCR, (www.uochb.cz).
For 2016 we added a poster session and attendants are welcome to present their research in the form of poster presentation.
The Summer School is intended mainly for PhD students and postdocs. Expert speakers from major international pharma and biotech companies and academia will cover these broad areas:
- General chemical approaches – medicinal chemistry
- Biochemical approaches – target oriented research
- Structure and In silico based drug design
- Lead structure characterization
- Precinical and clinical development
- Principles and examples of commercial drug development cycle

It is neccessary to register for this One day Symposium, the entrance is free, but there is a fee of 30€ to cover the accommodation (same dormitory as for Summer School).
