2^nd year of the Prague Summer School

ADVANCES IN DRUG DISCOVERY
Novel approaches in drug design and development

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, Aug 31^st – Sep 4^th 2015

Following the successful opening course in 2014, registration is now open for the 2^nd Prague Summer School Advances in Drug Discovery, this time focussing on novel approaches in drug design and development.

The Summer School is organized by the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague (www.ict-prague.eu) and Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry ASCR, (www.uochb.cz).

The Summer School is intended mainly for PhD students and postdocs. Expert speakers from major international pharma and biotech companies and academia will cover these broad areas:

• General chemical approaches – medicinal chemistry
• Biochemical approaches – target oriented research
• Structure and In silico based drug design
• Principles and examples of commercial drug development cycle
